1st General Assembly

We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our warehouse team. You will work closely with a team of four to assemble custom washing equipment inside trailers. This hands-on role involves drilling components into trailers or skids, following blueprints, and learning plumbing and electrical aspects of the build process.

 

Pay/Benefits:

• Pay starts at $17.00/hr.
• This is an evaluation to hire opportunity - the company is looking for someone to hire on long term

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, some overtime may be required on Saturdays (very rarely)

Duties:

• Assemble washing equipment according to blueprints
• Perform drilling and basic mechanical tasks
• Assist with plumbing and electrical installation within trailers
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

Requirements: 

• Ability to lift medium-weight items
• Basic measurement skills (tape measure, ruler test)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a loud environment and in close proximity to others
