A rapidly growing manufacturing company in Rogersville is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as Quality Parts Inspector. This role requires someone with a strong eye for details and to operate production machines to manufacture small, custom made parts for the auto industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods for quality compliance
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify dimensions
- Interpret blueprints and technical specs for inspection purposes
- Document and report inspection results, maintain records, and flag non-conforming parts
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions with the quality team
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training/certification preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
Shift: Mon - Friday, 8am - 430pm
Pay: $18.00hr + DOE
