We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help create a positive experience for residents and owners alike. If you’re organized, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties

• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors

• Handle leasing, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs

• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services

• Conduct property inspections to ensure standards are met

• Prepare reports, budgets, and documentation as needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous property management experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized with great attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

• Proficiency with property management software is a plus
