Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee electrical crews, coordinate daily job site activities, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and project requirements. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and assign work to electricians and apprentices

• Coordinate daily work activities and manpower requirements

• Ensure electrical installations and repairs meet NEC, OSHA, and local code standards

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications

• Conduct job site safety meetings and enforce safety protocols

• Monitor productivity, quality of work, and project timelines

• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance

• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, contractors, and clients

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and material tracking

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (as required)

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on electrical experience

• Previous supervisory or lead electrician experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices

• Ability to lead crews in fast-paced construction or industrial environments

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
