1st Shift Lot Picker Associate 

Join our fast-paced and busy team as a Lot Picker, where safety, precision, and teamwork are at the heart of everything you do. We're looking for reliable individuals who take pride in maintaining an organized workspace and ensuring smooth operations across the facility.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and is okay working in a unique environment. This facility is located on the southside of downtown Indianapolis.

Pay/Benefits:

• $17.50/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Company Info:

• This company is a waste/recycling disposal facility whose services include collection, transfer, disposal and recycling.
• This nearly new facility features nice and clean amenities and a well-maintained workspace throughout.

Job Duties:

• Will be doing upkeep on the property outside cleaning up plastic that falls from trailers, cleaning up around the compactors, dust collectors, etc 
• Making sure that parking lots around the building are free from debris that could blow around.
• Could assist with cleaning tasks inside of the facility as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Must be able to stand for entire shift and move at fast pace
• Must be able to work outdoors year round
