Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Server for a nursing facility in Forest Lake, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent dining service and supporting residents in a caring environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $17–$19
- Schedule: Weekdays (specific shifts arranged upon hire) and every other weekend
- Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist with meal setup, tray preparation, and delivery
- Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas
- Communicate effectively with dietary staff and nursing team
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in healthcare or nursing facility preferred (not required)
- Ability to follow dietary instructions and meal schedules
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Must pass a background screen and tuberculosis test
- Reliable and able to work weekends as scheduled
