Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances and part quality

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Document production and quality results accurately

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines (mills and/or lathes preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
