Salary: 22.00/hr

Our client, a manufacturer in the Mississauga area, is looking for assemblers to join their day and afternoon shift on permanent basis.  If you have strong knowledge in interpreting blueprints, machine operation and using hand tools, this role could be for you.

 

What our client offers:

• 22.00/hr. (afternoon shift premium)
• Day Shift - Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 2:45pm to 11:15pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and assembly instructions to assemble parts
• Use hand tools to finish and assemble parts
• Performance maintenance and setting up of machines for projects/works orders
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the machinery

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of machine assembly experience is a must
• Able to sit and stand for long periods
• Lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprint and schematics
• Proficient using hand tools
• Must have own transportation to get to the work location
