Mid Shift Available: 

  • Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5pm

Salary:

  • $18 -22/HR.

Position Summary:

 

Performs a variety of office support duties for the branch, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual branch and may include a combination of answering phones, A/R, data entry, office equipment operation, and filing.

 

Transportation:

  • MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Qualifications:

 

  • Must High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years prior general office administration experience required
  • Must have intermediate or higher level of expertise using Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
  • Reliability – The trait of being dependable and trustworthy
  • Organized – Possessing the trait of being organized or following systematic method of performing a task.
  • Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
  • Process product receiving documents and confirm orders after delivery
  • Process product warranty documents
  • Inventory and order office material, marketing material, supplies, and services. Includes materials for events such as trade shows and open-house events.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to Corporate requests
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and ither individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
  • Collect, count, and disburse money/checks, do basic bookkeeping, process customer credit card transactions and complete branch banking transactions.
  • May make travel arrangements for office personnel
  • Train other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications
  • May be responsible for cleaning duties.
  •  Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware or software
  • Other duties as assigned, including some manual warehouse duties.
