Schedule: 1st shift Mon- Fri

Pay Range: Starting at $17/hr, up to $30/hr depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Lead to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to move into a supervisor role for the right candidate with the necessary experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess leadership qualities to effectively manage projects and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with  team members
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Lead or similar role
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Own tools required for the job
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
