Schedule: Day Shift (Overtime and weekends may be required)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily job site operations for commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Assign tasks and monitor productivity and workmanship

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors

Monitor materials, equipment, and job site cleanliness
-
Report progress, issues, and delays to management

Train and mentor crew members as needed
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in construction, with foreman or lead experience preferred

Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
-
Ability to manage crews and multiple tasks simultaneously

Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards

Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred (Not Required)

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Experience in commercial construction

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
