Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting freight in a timely and professional manner while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness

Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations

Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and reports as required

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules

Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit

Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly
Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A license
-
Clean driving record (as required by company and insurance standards)

Minimum [X] years of Class A driving experience preferred

Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices

Ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmissions (as applicable)

Excellent time management and communication skills
