This role ensures smooth administrative operations, accurate recordkeeping, and effective communication between clients, personnel, and management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule security personnel, track attendance, and maintain shift logs
• Maintain employee files, licensing records, certifications, and background check documentation
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of personnel
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and client information

 

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (security or service industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
