Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hybrid model
• Week 1: 3 days onsite
• Week 2: 2 days onsite
• 10 days onsite per month
Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 (dependent on experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead strategic, high-touch recruitment efforts across corporate functions. This role is designed for an experienced professional who operates as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and executive leadership, bringing business acumen, market insight, and thoughtful guidance to every hiring decision.

This is a low-volume, high-impact role supporting select hiring initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, with opportunities to assist in AI-related projects and federal contract recruitment. The ideal candidate has deep corporate experience, strong stakeholder credibility, and thrives in consultative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive, strategic search plans for corporate and senior-level roles across multiple business units
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and executive leadership, aligning hiring strategies with broader business objectives
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to understand evolving talent needs
• Lead full-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on quality, discretion, and relationship management rather than volume
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and networks to identify and engage passive talent
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments focused on leadership capability, cultural alignment, and long-term potential
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to Client Groups and HR Business Partners
• Support recruiting initiatives tied to federal contracts, ensuring compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and other regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate, auditable documentation of candidate communications, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
• Assist with AI-related talent initiatives or project support (preferred)

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and senior stakeholders
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence, advise, and build trust
• Proven experience leading complex searches with a low-volume, high-impact approach
• Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Taleo or similar systems
• Strong data interpretation skills to guide hiring decisions
• Ability to work onsite in the Plano office 50% of the time (5 days per 2 weeks)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience supporting or recruiting for federal contracts
• Knowledge of OFCCP and federal compliance programs
• Exposure to or involvement in AI-related recruiting initiatives or projects
• Prior experience in agency or RPO environments
• Previous sales recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of broader business operations
