Salary: $55k-$65k

  • Status: Full-time/Hourly/Non-Exempt (40 hours per week)
  • Pay Scale: $55,000-$65,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience
  • Location: Visalia office, then transition to the Hybrid work model after successful completion of the training period

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and/or a combination of work experience in related fields equal to the degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in the area of customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Able to learn and utilize software applications and other technologies
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work a hybrid working model, a minimum of 2 days a week at the MBT main office and other time from a home office
  • Ability to travel to client sites, trainings, conferences, events, and to company meetings (with possible overnight stays), as needed

Responsibilities

Account Coordination

  • Understand and implement processes
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with personnel at assigned LEAs
  • Manage client and practitioner profiles and portal accounts for LEAs
    • Facilitate the quarterly Random Moment Time Survey (RMTS) process with the assigned LEAs
    • Manage the billing processes for assigned LEAs and report on progress
    • Notify and assist LEA practitioners in completing Ordering, Referring, and Prescribing (ORP), supervisory, and other documentation that may be necessary
    • Assist LEAs to meet all compliance requirements and documentation dictated by DHCS
    • Manage the various recurring reports necessary for program enrollment/compliance with assigned LEAs
    • Respond to client emails and phone calls within 48 working hours
    • Conduct and/or participate in client meetings and trainings, both virtually and in person
    • Provide professional and helpful technical user support
    • Participate in Live Chat daily

    Program Knowledge

    • Attend assigned DHCS trainings, conferences, and workshops; in-person and virtual
    • Maintain current knowledge of DHCS program regulations
    • Be able to navigate the DHCS website to research necessary information
    • Read DHCS communications to stay current with program practices and processes
    • Maintain current knowledge of software and billing practices
    • Ensure client and software and practices are in compliance with DHCS regulations and LEC/LGA guidelines
    • Exercise a basic knowledge of CRCS and how it relates to effective program implementation
    • Communicate program updates with staff and clients
