A Garfield Heights manufacturing company is hiring a dependable Assembler for a full-time, first-shift position. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments who are seeking steady hours, a clean work environment, and long-term growth potential.
This role supports a leading automobile industry manufacturer, producing high-quality components used in the power sports and automotive industries.
Read and understand work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures
Follow established assembly processes to ensure consistent quality
Take precision measurements to confirm accurate component fit
Gather and prepare all required materials, tools, and equipment prior to assembly
Use hand tools, clamps, and machines such as presses during the assembly process
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
Work for a top producer of high-resistance brake pads for the power sports industry
Be part of one of the largest manufacturers of ceramic clutch buttons
Consistent weekday schedule — no weekends
Clean, stable manufacturing environment

Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
