Mon-Fri 5AM-3:30PM
Pay: $22/hour

 

A Strongsville-based manufacturing company is seeking experienced Overhead Crane Operators to join their production team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in overhead crane operation, material handling, and manufacturing environments who are committed to safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply materials to production machines and remove completed materials

• Package outgoing material and affix computer-generated tags to bundles

• Assist with loading and unloading material from trucks

• Verify heat numbers and products match production paperwork

• Move supplies and equipment using an overhead crane as directed by supervision

• Maintain production rates as determined by management

• Follow instructions outlined on the production router

• Adhere to corporate Quality Policy and Procedures

• Maintain a safe working environment at all times

• Perform other duties as directed by management

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

• Ability to walk/stand for the full 10-hour shift

• Strong attention to detail to record proper invoice and heat numbers

• Ability to understand and follow direction from supervision

• Ability to read and speak English to perform required tasks

Hours & Shift

• 1st Shift Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 12AM
