Salary: $800 - $920 week
Strongsville, OH Pay: $21/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Saw Operator / Manufacturing Associate to join our Strongsville manufacturing facility on second shift. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on saw operating experience who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. The successful candidate will support production, material handling, and order fulfillment while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Pick, stage, and prepare feedstock materials for fulfillment and production orders
Operate industrial saw equipment to break down bulk material bundles into customer-specific orders
Package finished materials according to customer and shipping requirements
Operate a sit-down or side loader forklift to move materials safely and efficiently
Complete all required paperwork and SAP work order confirmations for shipping/receiving on the computer
Maintain productivity goals for finished goods creation
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned; job duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
Must have saw operating experience
Minimum 2 years of similar manufacturing, production, or material handling experience preferred
Ability to successfully pass a skills-based assessment, including:
Reading comprehension
Basic math
Inspection and measurement
Attention to detail
Problem-solving
Regular and reliable attendance
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills and comfort using a computer
Ability to pass a physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility
Successful candidates will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of onboarding and new hire training
