About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Foreman to oversee gas processing operations for one our clients in Barnhart, TX. We are looking for candidates with strong operational experience relevant to gas processing production systems. You will be responsible for managing complex systems, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring operational excellence across multi-variable environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex System Oversight: Operate and manage large corridor systems with both low- and high-pressure gas streams. Coordinate fluid and water movement across multiple zones within intricate networks.
• Advanced Equipment Operations: Supervise large separation equipment, gas conditioning units, gas/oil processing systems, and high-capacity transfer pumps. Oversee pond and pit operations in complex environments.
• Compressor Throughput Optimization: Control and balance compressor throughput across extensive corridor and pipeline networks, ensuring system integrity under dynamic load conditions.
• Automation & Control Intelligence: Utilize advanced operational intelligence platforms for automated systems and control valves. Interpret complex data streams to make real-time operational adjustments.
• System-Wide Optimization: Develop strategies to maximize efficiency across interconnected corridor systems. Coordinate multiple outputs and delivery to third-party partners while maintaining compliance and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management within Gas Processing production systems.
• Strong knowledge of gas/oil processing, high-capacity pumps, and compressor networks.
• Ability to interpret complex operational data and make real-time decisions.
• Leadership experience managing teams in dynamic and safety-focused environments.
