Salary: $70-110k DOE

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic with hands-on experience servicing diesel engines, heavy-duty trucks, and fleet equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and performing routine maintenance to ensure our vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks, heavy equipment, and fleet vehicles

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety evaluations

• Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and recommend corrective actions

• Accurately document repairs, services performed, and parts used

• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize workflow and minimize downtime

• Adhere to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of diesel mechanic or heavy-duty truck repair experience

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical systems, and diagnostic tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required
