We have been asked by aa Apartment Complex in Carmel, IN to help them find a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will perform essential maintenance tasks to ensure apartment units and grounds are in excellent condition, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering a great way to get your foot in the door with a dynamic, growing company.

What will you do as a Maintenance Technician?

• Complete apartment turnovers
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting and changing light fixtures
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Handle grounds work: plant, prune, weed, seed, or remove foliage, shrubs, trees, or grasses
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Operate a two-axle motor vehicle

What qualifications will you have as a Maintenance Technician?

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Multi-family property experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
