Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RFID Label Press Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing and printing environment in Tipp City, Ohio. This role is ideal for candidates with strong machine operation and setup experience, particularly in printing or press operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring RFID label presses to ensure quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate RFID label presses

• Read and follow Job Jackets, work orders, and production specifications

• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and performance

• Proof completed work for accuracy, alignment, and compliance with specifications

• Understand and work with sheet size specifications

• Perform press adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and changeovers

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous press operator experience preferred

• Machine operator experience required

• Strong background in machine setup and operation (hands-on setup experience is essential)

• Printing industry experience strongly preferred

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

• Basic PC skills and math skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment

• Printing press setup and operation

• Label, packaging, or commercial printing environments
