Express Employment Professionals in Stockton, CA is hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support a mobile home park community in Jackson, CA. This role focuses on keeping outdoor common areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
?? Mowing lawns and maintaining landscaped areas
?? Blowing, raking, and general grounds cleanup
?? Removing debris and keeping common areas clean
?? Assisting with basic maintenance tasks as needed
?? Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to site management
Experience in maintenance or groundskeeping preferred (not required)
Ability to work independently and follow directions
?? Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
?? Background check required (candidate may start while background check is pending)
Outdoor work in a mobile home park setting
Physical work including walking, bending, lifting, and use of basic tools
