Full time – Temp to hire

Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm

$20hr to $24hr depending on experience.

Technology manufacturer in Sun Valley specializing in the design, production, and support of biomedical tools like vital signs monitors and patient simulators, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through organization, communication, and coordination of daily business activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems. (physical and electronic)
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
  • Communicate with internal departments. (engineering, quality, logistics) and external vendors
  • Support quality and compliance documentation. (ISO, safety, regulatory records)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Typing speed: Minimum 40-50 WPM with high accuracy.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with regular interaction across departments.
  • May require walking the production floor and use of PPE.
  • Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed.
