Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on solar equipment
• Safely handle tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support team members with site preparation and cleanup
• Inspect systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
• Communicate progress and any issues with supervisors
