Step into a dynamic leadership role where you’ll drive commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee schedules, budgets, and teams—ensuring every phase runs smoothly, safely, and meets high-quality standards. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination between field teams, subcontractors, and office operations to keep projects on track and successful.

Duties:

• Lead and support superintendents, foremen, and field teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality work
• Manage subcontractor relationships, including scheduling, contracts, and on-site performance
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and procurement to ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Facilitate regular team meetings and proactively resolve project challenges
• Track project progress through reporting, cost analysis, and scheduling tools
• Utilize construction management software (such as Procore) to manage documentation and communication
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and quality expectations
