Sales Lead Job Summary:

A growing West Michigan-based commercial janitorial service company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead growth in its commercial services. This role is key in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through tailored service solutions. Reporting directly to company leadership, the Sales Lead will work closely with operations to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

Sales Lead Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies for commercial service offerings.

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers.

• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand needs and align solutions with goals.

• Draft proposals and respond to RFPs with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.

• Consistently strive to exceed established sales goals and revenue targets.

Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $60,000–$65,000/YR, BOE plus commission

Sales Lead Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree desired

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within a service-oriented industry.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Experience preparing proposals and responding to RFPs.

• Ability to deliver engaging, technology-driven presentations.

• Skilled at needs assessment and delivering tailored solutions.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.

• Strong understanding of the B2B sales process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.
