Janitorial Technician

Located in Elizabethtown, KY

Salary: $19.00 / hr.

Facility Cleaning: Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming across all facility areas.

· Restroom Maintenance: Ensure restrooms are thoroughly cleaned, well-stocked, and maintained to high sanitation standards.

· Supply Management: Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate shortages to the Sanitation & Janitorial Supervisor.

· Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.

· Minor Repairs: Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing batteries, and fixing leaks as needed.

· Event Support: Assist with the setup and cleanup of company events and meetings.

· Reporting: Promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to the Janitorial Supervisor.

· Policy Adherence: Comply with company policies and procedures

 Continual standing and walking for extended periods of time (6-8 hours)

· Be able to periodically lift up to 50 lbs. (e.g., trash bags, cleaning supplies, equipment).

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:00 pm (10 hour shift / 40 hrs. week)
