Express Employment Professionals – Midland is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist for a client in Hobbs, NM. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and advanced Excel skills.
Manage daily shipping and receiving activities
Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels
Process and maintain inventory, shipping, and receiving paperwork
Utilize Microsoft Excel to update reports and inventory records
Ensure all work is completed accurately and professionally
Communicate effectively with internal teams
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, shipping, or receiving roles
Advanced Excel skills required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
$22/hour (paid weekly)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
