Experienced Property Manager 

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Experienced Property Manager in Vermillion and Parke counties in IN. The position is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a pay range between $25-27hr, based on skills and experience. 

 

Hours Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM 

 

Job Requirement: 

• Customer service experience 

• LIHTC experience REQUIRED

• Travel between two locations on alternating days 

• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation 

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

• Data Entry into database to maintain records 

• Call Center Experience is a plus 

• Handle invoices, accounts receivable experienced required 

• Property management/leasing agent experience REQUIRED 

• Background and drug screening required
