Maintenance person

We are seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure facilities and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires hands-on experience in general maintenance, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to support occasional off-shift needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, and grass cutting
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Operate a forklift safely as required
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support occasional night or weekend work as needed

Experience & Education

• 2–5 years of general maintenance experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Forklift operation experience or willingness to be trained
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
