Germantown manufacturing company looking for Production Painters!

Direct Hire Opportunity!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Work with the Lead Production Painter and various Job Task Supervisors as they direct and guide you to learn various product painting skills while assigned from one Production Paint task to another throughout the work day.
• Thoroughly clean the sheet metal to remove all dust, dirt, oil, and grease using specialized degreasers, mineral spirits, or soap and water.
• Rinse and dry the surface completely to ensure no residue remains.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metalworking, painting, or a related industrial field is preferred.
• Knowledge of different metal types and surface preparation techniques, as well as familiarity with paint and primer types.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools. 
• Strong attention to detail.

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $21-24/hour
• Shift(s): 1st shift
• Hours: 7am-3:30pm
