Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a local company in Tyler, TX!We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor multiple loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
Communicate daily with drivers, carriers, and clients regarding load status
Manage a high call volume (up to 100 calls per day) while maintaining professionalism
Track shipments, anticipate delays, and proactively resolve issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loads
Provide excellent customer service to clients and transportation partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination required
Dispatching experience preferred
Strong understanding of logistics processes and load tracking
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with computer systems and tracking software
