Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for an oilfield services company in Midland, TX. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring accurate receiving, shipping, inventory control, and safe material handling.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials
• Unload, stage, package, and ship products
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Operate forklift and material handling equipment (as needed)
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork (BOLs, packing lists)
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Forklift experience a plus
