Installer - Countertops

Located in Milwaukee, WI

Salary: $20.00 - $32.00

Daily Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving to customer locations, loading, and installing granite/quartz countertops into customer homes and/or businesses

• Install granite, quartz and solid surface countertops, sinks, and other related products at customer locations in accordance with industry procedures and standards

• Ability to safely handle power tools to hand polish, cut, grind, and shape countertops to make adjustments as needed to complete the assigned project.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Would:

• Have a High School diploma/GED with some trade related education and/or equivalent work experience

• Basic carpentry/building skills required.

• Be able to measure accurately, use a level and a caulk gun

• Have an extraordinarily strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team in a timely manner towards the completion of each assigned job

• Possess exceptional customer service skills have an ability to calmly respond to complaints

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid and current driver’s license with a reasonable driving history in the past 5 years

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

• The employee may occasionally be exposed to airborne particles and moderate to high noise levels while working with power tools in the field. Safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, ear protection and hard hats are provided for employees.
• Heavy lifting (100+ lbs.), kneeling, crouching, reaching, grasping, standing for extended periods of time, and other physical demands are required.
