Auto Body Shop Crew Lead

Located in Lake Crystal, MN

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

$60,000 - $80,000/year based on experience ( $27-$38 an hour)

 

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the paint department team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and completing performance reviews.

- Ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.

- Oversee workflow by assigning and prioritizing work load

- Ordering parts for truck repairs and supplies for paint department.

- Scheduling and coordinating inspections and repairs for paint booths.

 

Qualifications:

- Ability to supervise employees, delegate duties, and train technicians in proper uses of tools and facilities.

- Minimum of two years in experience in the automotive paint industry.

- Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus.

- Ability to assess and accurately quote for repairs, and work with insurance companies.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

- Proficient in computer and technological use.

- Outstanding time-management skills and organizational capabilities.
