Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday rotation 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to a diverse range of clients
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions efficiently
• Maintain a thorough understanding of banking products to educate and advise customers
• Use sound judgment and discretion regarding sensitive customer information and transactions

 

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with the public

• Detail-oriented with a knack for sales advisory and problem-solving

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience (preferred)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
