Equipment Operator

Pay: $19–$24 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Production environment

Location: Oxnard 

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot packaging equipment

• Monitor product quality and make machine adjustments as needed

• Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeovers

• Train and support other operators and attendants

• Keep daily logs and basic production records

• Work closely with maintenance to resolve equipment issues

• Follow all safety, food safety, and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of machine or equipment operating experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to communicate in English (Spanish a plus)

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment
