Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator for a local company with a multi-state presence. This is a fulltime, permanent position working day shift Monday - Friday. Starting pay is $26-$28 per hour. Candidates must have 2-3 of HR experience.

This HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations across multiple states. The role functions as a senior-level HR Coordinator or junior-level HR Generalist and serves as the primary onsite HR point of contact while partnering closely with remote HR leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, nonstop environment and brings strong judgment, initiative, and people-first instincts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding coordination including new-hire setup, orientation scheduling, and system administration
• Recruiting support such as job postings, applicant communication, and interview coordination
• HR administration including data entry, document management, and Paylocity updates
• HR triage: responding to employee questions, routing issues, and escalating concerns appropriately
• Employee support across multiple states with varying HR needs
• Offboarding tasks including exit coordination and system deactivation
• Onsite office support such as assisting with office operations, supplies, and employee needs
• Collaboration with remote HR leadership to ensure consistent processes and communication

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity (required)
• Proficiency with Paylocity a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, but HR expertise is prioritized
• Ability to work onsite and serve as the primary in-person HR presence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick-thinking, resourceful, and highly organized
• Comfortable supporting multiple time zones with an early start time
