Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Overview:
Our staffing firm is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support one of our clients located in Lancaster, CA. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route inquiries appropriately
- Accurately enter orders, dates, and customer information
- Assist with entry-level marketing tasks, including creating promotional flyers and cover letters
- Coordinate with production teams to track job timelines
- Communicate order status and updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using Gmail and email communication
- Entry-level understanding of marketing concepts or interest in marketing
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus (training provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
