Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Laminator for a reputable client in Arlington, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position with consistent hours working Monday – Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Our client specializes in manufacturing high-quality fiberglass parts. The production environment emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and safety.

Starting Pay: $24/hour

Key Responsibilities
• Learn and perform tasks involved in swimming pool production
• Glue fiberglass sheets together
• Cut fiberglass sheets to match specifications
• Sand and grind products for smooth edges
• Perform general labor duties while following safety protocols

Requirements
• Ability or willingness to learn standard power and hand tools (drills, routers, sanders, skill saws, scrapers, grinders)
• Comfortable working with fiberglass in a dusty environment while following PPE guidelines
• Strong attention to detail for high product quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Consistent use of PPE
• Physical ability to stand, squat, reach, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
