Schedule: Mon-Fri. 8am to 5pm

Job Overview: 
As a Production / Assembly Associate, you’ll support daily shop operations by assembling, finishing, packaging recognition products. This role involves working with wood bases, plaques, medals, engraving equipment, and helping ensure quality and customer satisfaction. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Operate engraving and assembly tools under supervision.
  • Package completed products for local pickup or shipping.
  • Ensuring that final products are consistent, defect and error free.
  • Coordinate with others to ensure the proper inventory of items needed.
  • Computer Skills
 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
  • Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
