Compensation: $23.00/hr.
Job Summary:
A local organization is seeking a Finance & Administrative Specialist to join their team! This role manages payroll, accounting, financial reporting, and supports the transition to a paperless office.

What You'll be Doing:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including setting up vendors, purchasing, and billing
- Prepare and file annual, year-end, and regulatory reports (including RRA and agency reporting).
- Support administrative operations, including transitioning records to a paperless system and coordinating with IT to maintain software and systems.
Preferred Qualification:
- Know how to work Sage Business Works
- Proficiency in MS Programs
