Job Duties:

• Conduct applicant interviews.
• Ensure qualified candidates are matched with roles that suit their skills and experience.
• Maintain client satisfaction by locating potential candidates through the company database.
• Complete sales calls to current and potential clients
• Provide excellent customer service to associates and clients
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to adapt to frequent changes in job duties and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills are required (Excel proficiency is a plus)
