for our client located in?the City of Azusa.
Warehouse Management Trainee – $23/ HR Starting DOE
Shift?Hours:?Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM??
Job highlights:
- Assist in supervising day-to-day operations of all distribution centers to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Develop and implement warehouse operation policies and procedures across all locations.
- Communicate policy and procedure changes to branch management and trainees, ensuring
implementation.
- Implement tracking systems for monitoring warehouse worker performance and identifying
underperforming workers.
- Set performance goals in collaboration with management and develop strategies for achieving them.
- Conduct warehouse audits to identify areas of improvement and oversee the implementation of corrective
actions
What we look for in Warehouse Management Trainee:
- College degree preferred; high school degree required.
- Sales experience beneficial.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft products and WMS.
- Ability to speak and write English proficiently
