Schedule & Work Environment

• 100% On-Site / In-Office
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Dress Code: Business Professional

What You’ll Do

• Recruit & Build a Talent Bench: Interview and maintain a pool of qualified associates ready for placement.
• Match People to Opportunities: Take high-quality job orders, assess fit, and move quickly to fill roles.
• Drive Daily Activity: Engage in consistent outreach to current and new clients to uncover openings and put people to work.
• Operate with Excellence: Follow Express processes, employment laws, and best practices to ensure success and compliance.
