Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a reputable company in Davenport, IA to hire a Shipping Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities for Shipping Supervisor:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory control, and shipping documentation
• Supervise and lead shipping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Coordinate with customer service, plant management, quality, and other departments to meet delivery and service goals

Requirements for Shipping Supervisor:

• 5+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Experience with shipping and logistics software (UPS/FedEx systems)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and shipping software

Compensation & Schedule for Shipping Supervisor:

• Pay: $21-22/hr
• Schedule: Mid-Shift 11am-7pm
• Employment Type: Full Time, Evaluation to Hire
