Salary: $17-22/hour

West Bend company looking for Assemblers! 

Key duties and responsibilities may include: 

  • Help assemble wood products using hand and power tools 

  • Assembling parts using hand and power tools. 

  • Visual inspections and documentation. 

  • Assist in packaging duties and other general labor duties as assigned. 

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting while maintaining strong attention to detail 

  • Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1-2+ years' experience in assembly. 

  • Strong punctuality, reliable attendance, and a keen eye for quality 

  • Experience with wood manufacturing or construction field huge plus. 

  • Solid math and ruler skills 

  • Ability to use hand and power tools 

  • Steel toes shoes/boots required 

Job Specifications: 

  • Pay Range: $17-$20, $21-$22 with experience in assembly 

  • Shift(s): 1st 

  • Hours: 7am-3:30pm
