About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy individual to join our fulfillment team. This is NOT a warehouse role—you’ll be working in our dedicated fulfillment room, handling order processing, inventory management, and product tracking using our internal systems.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay: $18.98 per hour 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use our internal systems for various tasks:
  • WCSS – product lookup and cross-referencing
  • MIPS – job-to-job timekeeping for billing
  • UKG – time punching system (daily approval by supervisor)
  • WBS – order entry, inventory receiving, movement, and scanning
• Communicate via Gmail for company updates and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of orders
• Perform computer-based tasks for a significant portion of the day

Qualifications:

• Intermediate computer skills required
• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple internal systems
• Previous experience in order fulfillment or inventory processing
