Bartender
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Bartender to support food and beverage operations within a hotel restaurant or bar. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and hotel standards
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, professional service at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and equipment
- Verify guest age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and inventory as needed
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Follow hotel policies, safety, sanitation, and service standards
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Sunday | Five (5) Days A Week | 8:00AM – 3:00PM
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
